Peace Neighborhood Center does not just add a Peaceful Corner to the lives of its families. Peace is so infectious that it affects everyone who comes near. The olden days of a couple large outfits to fund an organization like Peace have been gone. Peace is able to do its amazing work through individual committment of time, money, and self. On Thursday, November 17, a couple hundred supporters and volunteers were present at the Annual Thanks-for-Giving Dinner. Bonnie Billups, Executive Director, joked that "you all must not be too bright" to come and pay for a dinner that is thanking you for a gift you have already given.
